It was great for one time use, but isn't necessarily something you'd want to wear to dress up as a "real santa" at Christmas time. My fiance is 6'3'' tall and 200 lbs and it fit great. Just note that the pants only go down to mid-calf which I believe is the plan since the boot covers go up high, but wouldn't be great if you decided not to wear the boot covers. Make sure you have black shoes though because the boot covers only cover half the top of the shoe and up. They are also pretty tight and were tough to get over my fiance's size 13 foot (without shoes on), but once on, they stayed on all night. The belt is HUGE, but you can easily make smaller holes and cutting off the end (Or stuffing a pillow inside the jacket). The beard and wig are a great plus since it was hard to find an inexpensive costume that comes with them! It does NOT come with gloves as the picture suggests.
